Meet South Carolina Injury Attorney Eve Goodstein
A low country native, Eve Goodstein grew up around the law and courtrooms. She joined McGowan, Hood, Felder & Phillips, where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice.
Eve's practice is focused on complex litigation. She was co-counsel on the largest medical negligence settlement in South Carolina history, a jury verdict in excess of $10 million, and a $17+ Million settlement.
Eve graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2013 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and she completed a Transnational Dispute Resolution Course at Gray’s Inn in London.
During her studies, Eve served as a law clerk for the South Carolina House of Representatives Judiciary Committee. After graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable L. Casey Manning, Chief Administrative Judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit.
Eve served as York County Bar's social chair and on the board for Kids' Chance of South Carolina.
When she’s not in the office, you might find Eve with her “co-counsel” of choice, her Airedale Terrier named Josie.
