Patty Nixon Blows the Whistle on Insys Therapeutics: NBC News Reports
Insys Therapeutics, makers of the fentanyl spray Subsys, is facing considerable pressure from authorities for their deceptive marketing practices, which could be linked to a number of opioid-related overdoses throughout the country. McGowan, Hood, Felder & Phillips, LLC, has been aggressively pursuing justice on behalf of Subsys patients, and their families, who have been wrongfully prescribed the drug to treat chronic pain.
NBC News recently aired a segment on Subsys, and the dangers the drug poses. We invite you to watch the video of that segment by clicking here.
Insys Therapeutics’ actions are more than reprehensible; they’re downright criminal. At McGowan, Hood, Felder & Phillips, LLC, we will not rest until we see justice done for our clients. We will continue to fight to hold not only Insys accountable for the lives and pain they caused, but also the doctors who put their own greed ahead of the oath they made to “First, do no harm.”
If you or a loved one was prescribed Subsys for chronic pain management, for an “off-label” reason, or to treat pain associated with anything other than the drug’s intended use, we want to help. Please call 803-327-7800 or fill out our contact form to schedule a free initial consultation with an experienced dangerous drug attorney from our firm.
